Our preferred delivery method is Australia Post. We ship all orders within two business days of being received but occasionally this may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times will vary depending on the required delivery location, and as a general rule you should allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your items. If you have not received your order in this time frame, please contact us immediately.
Orders totalling more than $120 will receive free delivery within Australia. For all other orders within Australia a delivery charge of $9.95 will apply during checkout.
For all international orders, delivery will be based on the weight of the parcel which will be calculated during the check out process.
If you are not home to collect your parcel and you have not given us authority to leave the parcel unattended, your parcel will be delivered to your local Post Office for collection.
A full refund including postage or replacement will be offered for damaged and/or faulty goods. Please email us with details of the damaged goods including a photo of the item within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to process your claim.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will take the required actions to rectify your order.
Refunds or returns can not be accepted for change of mind purchases.
Orders can be cancelled up until the time that they have been shipped. Once orders have left our facility, we are unable to cancel orders or complete refunds. Should you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible.
